Position: Trust & Estate Paralegal

About the Role

This role supports both transactional and litigation matters within the Trust & Estates practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex estates, trusts, and probate-related work while collaborating closely with attorneys and clients.


Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare estate planning documents, probate filings, and trust administration materials
  • Assist with probate and estate administration, including court filings and asset coordination
  • Support trust and estate litigation matters as needed
  • Maintain and manage case files, deadlines, and client correspondence
  • Conduct research related to estate, trust, and probate issues
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with filing requirements and timelines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Trust & Estates paralegal experience
  • Strong drafting, research, and file management skills
  • Experience with probate processes, trust administration, and T&E filings
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
