Job Description

Quality Manager- collaborates closely with project teams and the quality department to establish schedules while overseeing the quality process for multiple projects simultaneously. This individual plays a key role in ensuring construction quality standards are met, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement quality control processes across multiple construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop quality schedules and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct site inspections, review construction plans, and verify compliance with company and industry standards.
• Lead internal quality training sessions for project managers and superintendents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements by attending national conferences and training programs.
• Provide expertise on constructability, workflow sequencing, and installation techniques.
• Identify and address quality-related risks, implementing proactive solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality workmanship.
