I’m partnering with a highly regarded CPA firm in Georgia that is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join their collaborative and community-driven team. This is a firm known not only for its technical excellence but for its positive workplace culture and leadership that invests in its people.
The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of external audit experience within public accounting, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to both client service and team development. This role offers hands-on involvement with clients and engagement teams across a wide range of industries.
Lead audit engagements and supervise client audit teams
Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations across various sectors
Occasionally assist with business and individual tax returns
Mentor and review work of junior team members
Research complex audit issues and provide practical solutions
Maintain communication with clients, delivering value beyond compliance
Collaborate with firm leaders to keep projects on schedule and within scope
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
CPA license or actively pursuing CPA designation
3+ years of public accounting audit experience
Familiarity with Ultratax and ProSystem Engagement
EBP audit experience is a strong plus
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Community-minded with a proactive, positive attitude
