Senior Project Manager - Misc Metals Fabrication

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in misc metal fabrication to lead and oversee the fabrication of various steel packages, including stairs, railings, ladders, and other misc steel components. The ideal candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of misc metal fabrication projects.

  • Coordinate with fabrication teams, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.

  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the fabrication process.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.

  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.

  • Mitigate risks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading and overseeing the fabrication of misc metal packages, including stairs, railings, ladders, and other misc steel.

  • Proven expertise in project management within structural steel or misc metal fabrication.

  • Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding standards, and industry codes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
