Job Description

Position Overview: We have partnered with a growing, Metro area bank that is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Loan Officer to expand their team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing and developing prospects for various commercial loans, including C&I, CRE, ABL, and LOC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new commercial loan prospects.
  • Structure and secure loans with appropriate collateral.
  • Grow and maintain a robust portfolio of loan and deposit business in the Charlotte, NC area.
  • Engage actively within the community to build relationships.
  • Represent the bank at local events and functions.
  • Efficiently manage time and promote all bank products and services.
  • Cultivate deep client relationships unique to community banks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in commercial loan structuring and collateralization.
  • Demonstrated average annual commercial loan production of $15MM.
  • Strong existing book of loan and deposit business in Charlotte, NC.
  • Well-connected and involved in the local community.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively promote bank products and services.
