Position: Estimator

Job Description: As the Estimator, you will oversee and manage the estimating process for commercial construction projects. Your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, fostering relationships with subcontractors, and leading a team of estimators.

Estimator Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
  • Manage bid processes from pre-construction to submission.
  • Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.

Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborative team environment.

Estimator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, codes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
