A leading manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry is hiring Bag-Making Operators to join their growing production team. We’re looking for experienced operators skilled in running high-precision equipment such as Totani, B&B/BUB, Baumer, or rotogravure/gravure printing and converting machines.

What You’ll Do:
Operate, set up, and troubleshoot Totani, B&B/BUB, Baumer, rotogravure, or similar converting machines
Perform changeovers, film roll adjustments, and tooling configurations
Maintain print registration, seal quality, and consistent production standards
Monitor machine performance, perform minor mechanical adjustments, and ensure quality checks are completed
Work collaboratively with maintenance, quality, and production teams
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 operator OR equivalent background in bag-making, pouch manufacturing, converting, or gravure printing
Hands-on machine setup, changeover, and troubleshooting abilities
Experience with flexible packaging materials (PE, PET, BOPP, laminates, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work assigned shifts and operate in a fast-paced production environment
