Oversee the engineering and construction of projects from conception through turnover.
Collaborate with owners, engineers, architects, and vendors to define project design parameters.
Lead pre-construction services, ensuring constructability, budget, and schedule alignment.
Propose innovative means and methods, providing cost-saving solutions and value-engineering options.
Procure materials, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
Manage client relationships and ensure expectations are met throughout all project phases.
10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably in design-build delivery.
Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent the company professionally.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex issues simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Procore, and Sage 100.
Experience in data centers, healthcare, or high-reliability facilities with advanced MEP systems is a plus.
