Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Oversee the current field staff
• Work closely with their biologists, field techs, account managers, and current management team
• Coordinate between 3 locations
• Field quality control & risk mitigation exp. is a must
• Minimum of 5 yrs experience in lake & pond management
• Degree in wildlife & fisheries

Compensation/Benefits:

• $90k - $120k base salary + full benefits, PTO, 401k etc.
• ROOM TO GROW - This company has seen rapid growth and is looking to continue that growth

• Work with some excellent reservoirs & conservations
