A growing, highly respected commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team. 

This is a great opportunity for a driven flooring professional who enjoys estimating, managing operations, and building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field teams.

What you’ll do

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents

• Manage awarded projects, including procurement, scheduling, budgets, and documentation

• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, GCs, and owners

• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing, and closeout

What you bring

• 3+ years of commercial flooring estimating and/or project management experience

• Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, plans, and specifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering excellent client service

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $85K–$100K Base
