gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a respected regional law firm to identify an Insurance Defense Associate Attorney for their Florida office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a busy and well-established firm that handles a wide range of high-stakes defense matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle insurance defense litigation from initial pleadings through trial
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other pleadings
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to develop case strategies
• Manage deadlines, case dockets, and communicate effectively with clients and carriers

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-8 years of experience in insurance defense or general civil litigation
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
• Courtroom experience and deposition skills strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
