As a Plumbing General Manager, you will have the chance to lead, mentor, and develop department managers, supervisors, and field teams. You will also oversee day-to-day operations, manage financial aspects, develop client relationships, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers, supervisors, and field teams
- Oversee day-to-day operations of plumbing service and construction projects
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, general contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, licensing requirements, and safety regulations
- Work with ownership to establish short- and long-term business goals
