GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an integrated design-build contractor in Southeast Wisconsin. The company is adding a Licensed Architect - Commercial Design-Build to its team in Milwaukee, WI. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Licensed Architect with commercial design-build experience, ideally having worked for a general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Design commercial, industrial and retail design-build projects
• Lead design on commercial design-build projects
• Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams
• Manage code compliance, permitting and consultant coordination

Requirements

• Licensed Architect with commercial design-build experience, ideally having worked for a general contractor.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
