Class Action Litigation Associate (4+ Years) – Fully Remote

One of the nation's largest and most respected plaintiffs' firms, in practice for more than 40 years, is adding an associate to its class action team. The team is highly collaborative, has excellent retention, and works on some of the most significant consumer and public-entity cases in the country.

What you'll do

• Litigate complex class actions and MDLs, including auto defect, emissions, airbag, and consumer product cases.
• Represent states, cities, and counties in public-entity litigation.
• Work on a growing docket of data privacy cases.
• Handle research, writing, motion practice, and discovery alongside a team of about a dozen attorneys.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience is strongly preferred. Class action experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong research and writing skills, which are a must.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Comfort working on a team and managing complex matters.
