Junior Construction Manager – High-End Residential
We’re hiring a Junior Construction Manager to join our high-end residential team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining field coordination, project preparation, and construction wrap-up support.
Experience Level: Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of construction/project coordination experience, or recent grads with a background in construction management.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Pre-Construction (Site Prep):
Coordinate demo and site readiness
Pull permits and manage zoning schedules
Set up utilities and verify survey accuracy
During Construction:
Material coordination and logistics
Perform in-house and site inspections
Coordinate city inspections
End of Construction:
Manage punch lists
Oversee site breakdown (signs, dumpsters, porta-johns)
Finalize utilities from temp to permanent
Coordinate home inspection list
🔹 What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in residential construction or project coordination
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Strong communication skills—able to follow through and take initiative
Not afraid to be on the jobsite—this is not a desk-only role
Comfortable working closely with leadership and internal teams
Open to learning and growing into a long-term role
