Traveling Superintendent – Data Center Construction
We’re hiring an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead the field execution of data center projects across multiple locations for a client of ours. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of mission-critical construction.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily on-site operations for large-scale data center builds
Coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules
Serve as the primary point of contact between the field and project management team
Ensure high standards of quality and deliver projects on time and within scope
What You Bring:
5+ years of superintendent experience on data centers or mission-critical facilities
Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended project durations
Strong understanding of MEP systems, scheduling, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and leadership skills
