Claims Manager
pac is pleased to partner with a growing insurance agency with over 30 years in Westchester County that is eager to welcome a Claims Manager to their team. The company offers a relaxed, flexible culture and hybrid work options.
The Claims Manager will focus their work on liablity and orioerty claims and will be working independantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full claims lifecycle for commercial lines and NY Workers' Comp claims.
- Ensure claims are processed efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and meet company standards.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to a growing claims team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriters, adjusters, and other departments to resolve claims.
- Maintain strong client relationships, offering guidance and updates on claim status.
- Stay up to date on NY Workers' Comp regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management, with strong knowledge of commercial lines and NY Workers' Comp law.
- Proven track record of managing complex claims and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
