Why This Role Matters: Great care starts with a great team. We need a hands-on, committed DON ready to roll up their sleeves, inspire staff, and lead with compassion and strength. This is your chance to lead a cultural turnaround and build a nursing department where everyone feels valued, supported, and motivated to give their best every day.

  • Develop and enforce nursing policies that promote excellence and accountability.
  • Take charge of recruiting and retaining talented nursing professionals who share your passion.
  • Ensure staffing levels and skills are optimized to meet resident needs with quality care.
  • Uphold a safe, respectful work environment where staff conduct reflects core values.
  • Stay actively engaged with facility operations, swiftly addressing challenges and improving outcomes.
  • Personally assess and advocate for the health and well-being of every resident.

What You Bring:

  • Current State RN license and deep understanding of long-term care nursing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care, with 2+ years leading and inspiring teams.
  • Proven track record of turning challenges into opportunities and building strong, motivated teams.
  • Passion for improving staff morale and patient care through hands-on leadership and consistent follow-through.

If you’re ready to invest your time and energy in a place that truly needs your leadership, where your efforts will shape the future of care and culture, this is the opportunity for you.
