Our law firm in downtown Miami is seeking a talented attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our growing professional liability litigation team. Our firm represents a wide range of professionals including lawyers, accountants, design professionals, insurance agents and brokers, trustees, and fiduciaries. We do not handle medical malpractice cases and do not represent doctors or other healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do:
Represent professionals in complex liability litigation matters involving alleged misconduct, breach of duty, or negligence
Draft and respond to discovery, prepare motions, legal memoranda, and reports for insurers and clients
Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic, in-office setting
Manage multiple files, meet court and client deadlines, and participate in strategy development
What We’re Looking For:
A licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar
4 to 8 years of litigation experience in a law firm, preferably in professional liability defense
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
A team-oriented attorney who is eager to grow their skills and contribute to the firm’s continued success
While courtroom experience is not required, knowledge of litigation is required
