We are seeking an experienced  Superintendent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a luxury custom home builder in one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site.
  • Communicate with project managers and other team members to provide updates on the progress of the project and address any concerns or issues.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications, and ensure that all work is completed according to these documents.
  • Ensure that all work is completed within budget, and work to identify cost-saving opportunities where possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and progress, and report regularly to project managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the construction industry, with experience in luxury custom home building preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
