Corporate Associate | M&A

My client is a multi-office law firm with a strong corporate practice advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture-backed transactions, and ongoing corporate matters. The group is structured to give associates early responsibility, close partner interaction, and meaningful involvement in sophisticated transactions.

This is a strong opportunity for a corporate associate who wants to deepen deal experience, work closely with experienced partners, and grow into a trusted transactional advisor.

The Work

  • Represent buyers, sellers, investors, and portfolio companies in M&A transactions

  • Support private equity and venture capital financings and sponsor-backed deals

  • Advise on corporate governance, entity structuring, and general corporate matters

  • For more experienced associates, assist with post-closing and portfolio company matters

Compensation & Expectations

  • Competitive, merit-based compensation

  • For Colorado-based roles, a good-faith salary range of approximately $165,000–$255,000
