The group is structured to give associates early responsibility, close partner interaction, and meaningful involvement in sophisticated transactions.
This is a strong opportunity for a corporate associate who wants to deepen deal experience, work closely with experienced partners, and grow into a trusted transactional advisor.
Represent buyers, sellers, investors, and portfolio companies in M&A transactions
Support private equity and venture capital financings and sponsor-backed deals
Advise on corporate governance, entity structuring, and general corporate matters
For more experienced associates, assist with post-closing and portfolio company matters
Hands-on deal experience with direct partner access
A collaborative, team-oriented corporate group
Clear expectations and transparent performance evaluation
Hybrid and flexible work arrangements depending on location
Opportunities to engage in pro bono work, firm initiatives, and community involvement
Experience practicing corporate law at a well-regarded firm
Focus on M&A, private equity, venture capital, or related transactional work
Solid understanding of deal mechanics and transaction flow

For Colorado-based roles, a good-faith salary range of approximately $165,000–$255,000
