Nebraska-based community bank with multiple branch locations, is seeking a relationship-driven Commercial Loan Officer to help serve the lending needs of local businesses and entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial loan and deposit relationships
• Analyze financial statements, creditworthiness, and loan structures
• Prepare loan proposals and documentation for underwriting and approval
• Actively participate in business development activities to attract new clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business customers, identifying tailored banking solutions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Represent the bank through community involvement and networking events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of commercial lending or credit analysis experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, underwriting, and financial analysis
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
• Knowledge of the local market and business community a plus
