Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload focused on family law matters including custody, divorce, support, and domestic violence
Appear in court regularly and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
Maintain client relationships with compassion and professionalism
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure excellent service
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in family law required
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and caseload efficiently
Spanish/English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
No book of business required
