Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate and try personal injury cases from inception through trial.
- Conduct thorough case evaluations, legal research, and case strategy development.
- Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements.
- Manage a high-volume caseload with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Attorney in South Carolina.
- 3+ years of trial experience, ideally in personal injury litigation.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
