Job Description

A Chicago-area general contractor is hiring a local Superintendent for light industrial projects. This is a local role with no travel.

Pay range: $105,000 - $140,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Run ground-up light industrial, warehouse and distribution projects in the Chicago area
• Manage site work, concrete, steel and building envelope sequencing
• Lead safety, quality and schedule in the field
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and owner walkthroughs

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a superintendent with a commercial general contractor
• Light industrial or warehouse construction experience
• Strong scheduling and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
