Seeking a highly motivated Trust and Estate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters and will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various trust and estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Assisting clients with estate planning strategies to minimize taxes and ensure asset protection.
- Representing clients in probate court and trust administration proceedings.
- Advising clients on fiduciary duties and compliance with state and federal laws.
- Conducting client meetings and managing client relationships to assess their needs and objectives.
- Keeping abreast of changes in estate and trust law and applying that knowledge to client cases.
- Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide comprehensive service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in NJ.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
