Executive Director – Home Health 📍 St. Louis, MO & Surrounding Areas
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Director (or RN with leadership experience) to oversee six home health locations in the St. Louis area. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide teams, keep operations smooth, and make a real impact on the quality of care provided.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading daily operations across multiple offices
Supporting and mentoring staff
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Keeping budgets and performance on track
Collaborating with leadership to maintain high-quality standards
What we’re looking for:
RN license or proven experience as an Executive Director
2–3 years of home health leadership experience
Strong understanding of home health compliance
Solid leadership and communication skills
What’s in it for you:
Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000
