Job Description

A Chicago-area general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead cold storage and temperature-controlled warehouse projects.

Pay range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Manage cold storage, freezer and cooler facility projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate insulated metal panel, refrigeration and slab-on-insulation scopes
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout and owner reporting
• Lead subcontractors and design teams

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Cold storage, food processing or temperature-controlled facility experience
• Strong cost control and scheduling skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
