Key Responsibilities

  • Use press brake and metal-forming equipment to bend and shape steel parts
  • MIG weld and assemble components into tanks and accessories
  • Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
  • Perform basic machining tasks: drilling and grinding
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead hoists for material handling
  • Rig and lift heavy materials using proper techniques
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

✅ Required Skills & Experience

  • Welding/fabrication experience — typically 3–5 years
  • Familiarity with Flux Core welding (also known as FCAW)
  • Competency reading technical drawings and performing basic math ]
  • Experience with metal fabrication tools like press brakes, plate rollers, shear machines
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials; forklift experience is a plus (training available)
