Interior Designer
- Space planning to enhance function, safety, and aesthetics of interiors.
- Design commercial office space, interior alterations, renovations, and new layouts.
- Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, and other design discipline.s
- Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.
- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from an accredited university required
- 3-8 years’ experience
- Ability to develop preliminary drawings into construction documents. AutoCAD and Revit experience required
- 3D modeling/rendering required. Enscape and Photoshop proficiency preferred but not required
- Technical interior design knowledge required.
