JOB DESCRIPTION: Creditors Rights/Bankruptcy Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Seeking 2 + years’ experience Legal Assistant or Paralegal. A rewarding opportunity at a prestigious mid-sized firm in Pittsburgh, PA to Join our esteemed team and contribute your expertise.

 Qualifications:

  • 2 + years’ experience Legal Assistant or Paralegal
  • Must have Bankruptcy, or Litigation experience.
  • Must have Knowledge in Creditors Rights Group
  • Assist 6 attorneys including partner.
  • 30% of time as trustee assistant.
  • The trustee practice includes some accounting and reporting functions as well as handling review of bankruptcy schedules and documents to assist me with Trustee hearings on a monthly basis.
