Land Development Project Manager – Midwest Expansion
Metro Reference: Chicago–Naperville–Elgin, IL–IN–WI
Location: Kane County / Naperville outskirts, IL
Salary: $125,000 – $155,000 + bonus
Why This Role: Lead residential and commercial site developments in suburban Midwest markets with a fast-growing firm.
Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle: planning, civil design, permitting, field supervision.
Coordinate survey, landscape, traffic, and geotech teams.
Track budgets, schedules, and client communication.
Requirements:
10+ years land development experience.
PE license (IL or reciprocal).
Strong client management and leadership skills.
