Job Title: Concrete Foreman – Civil Construction

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our field operations for curb, sidewalk, and concrete finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil concrete construction and be capable of managing crews, interpreting plans, and ensuring high-quality work on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews

• Oversee installation of curb, sidewalk, and other flatwork per project specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project layouts

• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site

• Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance

• Communicate effectively with office staff, project managers, and other trades

• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with strong skills in curb, sidewalk, and flatwork finishing

• Proven leadership and crew management experience

• Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices

• CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)
