Job Title: Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabrication

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Structural Steel Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years managing projects involving structural steel fabrication, from planning through execution. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of their projects and work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion

  • Coordinate with internal teams, fabricators, subcontractors, and clients

  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Interpret structural drawings and specifications

  • Oversee procurement, scheduling, and change management

  • Conduct site visits and project meetings as needed

  • Monitor safety compliance and reporting

  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication

  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects successfully

  • Strong understanding of steel detailing, fabrication, and erection processes

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
