We are hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution for industrial and commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all field operations and manage site personnel.
Coordinate daily workflow, safety meetings, and subcontractor schedules.
Ensure all work meets design specifications and safety standards.
Work closely with project managers to maintain budgets and timelines.
Mentor assistant superintendents and foremen.
Qualifications:
10+ years of commercial or industrial superintendent experience.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Excellent leadership and scheduling skills.
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
