Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and close-out.
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure project documentation and compliance with specifications.
Conduct progress meetings and maintain client relations.
Supervise field coordination with superintendents.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project-management experience.
Strong understanding of commercial-construction practices.
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
