We are seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating department for commercial and industrial projects across Western Iowa.
Responsibilities:
Supervise estimators and review all bids for accuracy and completeness.
Oversee take-offs, bid leveling, and proposal submissions.
Support pre-construction and design-assist efforts.
Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Mentor junior estimators and drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
7+ years of estimating experience with at least 2 in leadership.
Strong knowledge of commercial-construction systems.
Proficient in estimating and take-off software.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
