Insurance Coverage Attorneys -Location: Nashville, TN

Our client is actively seeking talented Insurance Coverage Attorneys to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex coverage matters for a highly regarded firm that values collaboration, professional development, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent insurers in complex coverage disputes, including litigation and arbitration
• Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and advise clients on risk and exposure
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and team members to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted (or eligible for admission) to practice in Tennessee.
• 2–8 years of experience in insurance coverage or related litigation
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
