gpac is partnering with a well-respected Ag dealership that’s looking to add a Territory Ag Sales person to their team of industry professionals! This person will be responsible for managing the overall business relationship with customers in the region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions.
Achieve or exceed territory sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct on-site visits, equipment demonstrations, and participate in trade shows and industry events.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
Work closely with the parts, service, and finance departments to provide complete customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
Proven sales experience, preferably in agricultural equipment or a related field but willing to train
Knowledge of farming practices and equipment preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field is a plus.
Competitive base salary plus commission $70,000 – $100,000 plus bonuses/commission
