gpac has partnered a dairy facility that has asked us to confidentially search for a new Quality Assurance Manager for their growing manufacturing location in Wisconsin.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Implement and oversee QA programs—HACCP, GMP, SSOP, USDA, FDA.
Lead audits, pre-shipment reviews, validations, and corrective actions.
Identify issues, propose solutions, and keep quality standards top-notch.
Collaborate with Plant and Sanitation Managers to maintain clean, safe, and efficient operations.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of QA supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and audits.
Experience mentoring teams and working on the production floor.
PCQI certification or food science background preferred.
Familiarity with organic, Kosher, or Halal products is a plus.
