This is an amazing opportunity for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably for a construction company, to join a successful company and grow their career as a Marketing Manager.
Position Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services- Manage the company's online presence and social media platforms- Coordinate marketing campaigns and events- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
Position Essential Job Functions:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
Benefits:- Competitive salary of $75-95k- Full benefits package- End of year bonus up to 12% of salary
