A respected and growing boutique firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates or Tax Attorney to join its West Palm Beach office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and tax matters, alongside some of the most experienced attorneys in the region.

Whether you bring 3 or 10+ years of experience, you’ll be supported in developing your practice and advancing your career in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Advise clients on estate, gift, and tax planning strategies

  • Draft complex planning instruments and oversee trust administration

  • Handle probate, succession, and wealth transfer planning

  • Collaborate with CPAs, fiduciaries, and financial advisors

  • Guide high-net-worth clients through multi-generational planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in trusts, estates, tax, or probate

  • Strong knowledge of planning strategies for HNW clients

  • Experience with IRS forms 706 and 709 is a plus

  • Excellent drafting and client communication skills

  • LL.M. preferred but not required

  • Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
