A respected and growing boutique firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates or Tax Attorney to join its West Palm Beach office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and tax matters, alongside some of the most experienced attorneys in the region.
Whether you bring 3 or 10+ years of experience, you’ll be supported in developing your practice and advancing your career in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
What You'll Do:
Advise clients on estate, gift, and tax planning strategies
Draft complex planning instruments and oversee trust administration
Handle probate, succession, and wealth transfer planning
Collaborate with CPAs, fiduciaries, and financial advisors
Guide high-net-worth clients through multi-generational planning
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in trusts, estates, tax, or probate
Strong knowledge of planning strategies for HNW clients
Experience with IRS forms 706 and 709 is a plus
Excellent drafting and client communication skills
LL.M. preferred but not required
Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
