Transactional Attorney – Business, Commercial, & Real Estate - San Diego, CA 

A well-regarded law firm in San Diego is seeking a Transactional Attorney with 3–8 years of experience in business, commercial, and real estate matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base, ranging from startups to publicly traded companies, on a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and real estate agreements
  • Advise on business formation, operations, and corporate governance
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchase transactions
  • Assist with private securities offerings and compliance matters
  • Work with clients in industries such as real estate development, construction, investment advising, and consumer goods
  • Provide counsel on IP management, trademark protection, and business structuring

Qualifications:

  • 3–8 years of relevant legal experience in transactional law
  • Strong background in business, commercial, and/or real estate law
  • Experience working with clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active California Bar license
  • A team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
