A highly regarded West Palm Beach law firm is seeking a skilled Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join its corporate practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on sophisticated, high-value transactional work while advising growing and established companies across industries.

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a heavy concentration in mergers & acquisitions

  • Proven track record managing buy- and sell-side transactions, from due diligence through closing

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with purchase agreements, joint ventures, financing agreements, and corporate governance documents

  • Ability to provide practical, business-minded counsel to executives, investors, and boards

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support complex M&A transactions ranging from middle-market to larger-scale deals

  • Handle all aspects of the deal lifecycle, including diligence, structuring, drafting, negotiations, and closings

  • Advise clients on corporate governance, securities issues, and compliance matters

  • Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and financing instruments

  • Collaborate with colleagues in tax, real estate, and litigation to deliver full-service solutions for clients
