SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE-TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS

Are you a natural closer with the drive to build lasting relationships in logistics? Our family-owned business, with deep international roots and a strong reputation for personalized service, is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This is a role where you will be expected to grow the business by adding clients and expanding on the existing clients.  You will nurture and grow the relationships and resolve any problems. You will add new clients to the company's portfolio by meeting with contacts both in person and on the phone.

  • Drive new business opportunities in logistics, freight, and supply chain services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-energy, hands-on engagement.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to diverse customers with a consultative sales approach.
  • Represent a trusted, family-driven company culture that values relationships as much as results.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with passion and persistence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of proven success in logistics and transportation sales.
  • 5+ years in business-to-business sales, with a track record of closing and exceeding quotas.
  • Bilingual (Preferred English and Spanish).
  • Someone who has numbers to prove their worth..they have done it and can do it again
  • Has worked cross border sales into Canada and Mexico
  • High-energy, self-starter who thrives on face-to-face selling and building community connections.
  • A professional who embraces diversity and knows how to connect with customers across cultures.

  • Competitive base salary $75,000 – $135,000, plus performance incentives.
