A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5–8 years of experience to join its expanding litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking for sophisticated work, increased autonomy, and long-term growth within a collaborative firm environment.
What You’ll Do:
Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue substantive motions; oversee discovery and depositions
Develop case strategy and mentor junior attorneys
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Maintain strong client relationships and communication
What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years of commercial litigation experience
Active bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain promptly)
Strong legal writing, advocacy, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team
