A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its expanding litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on case ownership, meaningful client interaction, and long-term growth within a collaborative firm environment.
What You’ll Do:
Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Manage a full caseload, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
Take and defend depositions
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Communicate directly with clients and experts
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Active bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain promptly)
Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation skills
Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
