Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Sales Designer with a strong passion for design and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design process, with a specific focus on kitchen and bath projects, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.
Utilize 2020 Design software for all design projects.
Manage the sales process from initial consultation to project completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and bring their design visions to life, particularly in kitchen and bath spaces.
Stay updated on current design trends and product offerings.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of retail sales experience REQUIRED.
2+ years of interior-specific sales experience REQUIRED.
Proficiency and familiarity with 2020 Design software is a MUST.
Strong background in professional sales with a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Kitchen/Bath design and Interior design sales is highly valued.
