Restoration Branch Manager (Mitigation)

**We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Mitigation Manager to oversee and organize all mitigation projects, including water and mold remediation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Xactimate (Symbility experience is a plus) and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Mitigation Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage water and mold mitigation projects.
• Utilize Xactimate for project estimation and planning.
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and third-party vendors.

Mitigation Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of mitigation restoration experience.
• IICRC Certification required!
