Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Collaborate with operations to resolve service concerns quickly and ensure seamless communication that strengthens customer satisfaction.

  • Market Insights: Analyze project performance and market activity, providing leadership with insights on customer requirements, competitor strategies, and technological developments.

  • Innovation & Improvement: Contribute new ideas to enhance processes, expand market share, and maintain a position of industry leadership.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design.

  • Strategic, motivated professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently.

  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Valid driver’s license with flexibility for regional travel (up to 25%).
